Set within the Greg Norman designed No.1 Golf Course in Queensland, and perched atop one of the city’s highest peaks. Brookwater’s Dress Circle is framed by treetops, overlooking enviable fairways.
Brookwater Dress Circle is the premier address within the Brookwater Community which has recently staged an initial release of 14 high quality, golf frontage homesites along the ridgeline.
We were invited to join a small curated panel of architects at Brookwater’s premier golf frontage release wrapped in bushland and surrounded by treetops, west of Brisbane’s CBD.
We have created a number of diverse concepts for golf course frontage and upslope blocks to start to inspire and evoke the possibilities of these beautiful sites to potential buyers.
