Justin joined ABA in 2020 and is based in the Brisbane studio. He is a Registered Architect in Queensland and has worked across a diverse range of project types, including bespoke private residential, boutique multi-residential, student accommodation, commercial projects, and master planning throughout Queensland.

As part of the design team at ABA, Justin is responsible for the design development and delivery of projects through all stages, including client liaison, consultant coordination, documentation, approvals, and construction phase services. He approaches his work in a holistic and considered manner, balancing client and stakeholder requirements with the opportunities and constraints of each project brief.

Having grown up in Brisbane, Justin brings a strong respect for the local climate, environment, and patterns of living. His work prioritises context-led, bespoke design that celebrates subtropical conditions and creates warm, enduring spaces that foster everyday use, connection, and a genuine sense of place.

Prior to joining ABA, Justin gained experience within well-recognised local practices, working on large-scale residential and mixed-use developments. This background has equipped him with a strong understanding of working at both an urban and human scale, and continues to inform his approach to delivering practical, well-resolved, and contextually responsive architecture.
