Tom’s studies took him to Indonesia, Sri Lanka, and the Netherlands, where he gained a broader understanding of how architecture can adapt to different climates, cultures, contexts, and individuals.
His architectural education deepened further during his time working in Aarhus, Denmark, where the work of modernist icons like Arne Jacobsen left a lasting impression on his design philosophy. He believes in the storytelling potential of architecture and is drawn to the ways in which fundamental spatial elements can evoke powerful emotions, creating unique experiences and lasting memories for its inhabitants.
